Larrie Henley has been with the department since 2000, serving in numerous capacities as a program analyst, manager and assistant division administrator. 

Mark Landes has served the college as acting president and interim vice president of advancement.

Jason Pierce brings more than 35 years of experience in the IT sector to the role. Tyler Jackson has more than 15 years in the IT industry.

Christian Theumer has been serving in an interim capacity in both roles since July 1, 2024.

Chris Craig most recently served the city as deputy IT director.

Jeffrey Strafford brings nearly 30 years of finance experience to the role. Arthur Mandel most recently served as the port’s director of strategic initiatives.

Kevin Perkins most recently served as assistant city manager for the city of Monmouth.

Dr. Johnny Evans has been serving in an interim capacity since June 2024, previously serving as the college’s provost and vice president for academic affairs.

Kurt Althouse left his role as chief of police for the city to take on the new opportunity.

Dr. John Murray has been with the district since 2004, serving in a variety of leadership capacities.
