Ashley Combs has been with the city for nine years, previously serving as assistant city manager, development services director, planning director and city planner.

Dr. Ian Baucom currently serves as the University of Virginia’s executive vice president and provost.

Ciara Maerowitz brings a decade of experience in regulatory compliance to the position.

Brian Mohan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in municipal finance and governance to the position.

Allen Broughton brings two decades of public sector experience to the role and served in the Marine Corps. Nicholas Pulido brings 15 years of experience serving as a chief engineer in the United States Navy to the role.

Kelly Criswell currently serves as SPAG’s deputy executive director and director of economic development.

Jenn Daniels has been with the board since 2020, originally representing District 1.

Jeff Allen brings 23 years of IT experience to the role, spending 19 years with the state and 17 with the Office of Technology.

Larrie Henley has been with the department since 2000, serving in numerous capacities as a program analyst, manager and assistant division administrator. 

Mark Landes has served the college as acting president and interim vice president of advancement.
