Louisiana – The Delta Regional Authority (DRA) has named Joshua McNemar as Chief Administrative Officer, effective April 8. A native of Vidalia, Louisiana, McNemar previously worked as Chief of Staff and Operations for the Louisiana Housing Corporation.
