Texas – Lesley Frohberg-Nyp will step in as interim director of development services for the city of Addison. Frohberg-Nyp has been working with the city as planning & development manager since 2022. Prior to that, she was the senior planner for Mesquite. Frohberg-Nyp will replace Ken Schmidt.
