Port of Pasco, Washington, names new executive director

Washington – Adam Lincoln has been selected as executive director of the Port of Pasco. Lincoln resigned from his previous role as city manager of Pasco to accept the new position. He has been with the city since 2020, starting as deputy city manager. Lincoln will officially step into his role as executive director after Randy Hayden retires in March.
