Maryland — The city of Frederick has announced the hiring of Stephanie Chaiken as manager of the Weinberg Center for the Arts. A Maryland native with an impressive career in both New York and New Jersey, Chaiken currently serves as the center’s executive theater manager. She previously served as the director of the New Jersey City University Center for the Arts.
