Pennsylvania – Dr. Mark Blanchard will become the Cumberland Valley School District’s new superintendent on Dec. 4. Blanchard will replace the outgoing superintendent Dr. David Christopher. Blanchard brings 26 years of public education experience to the role, most recently serving as the assistant superintendent for the Cumberland Valley School District.
